Contact probate Attorney Jacqueline M. Eaton if you need assistance with:
Advanced Health Care Directives
Durable Powers of Attorney (POA)
A Durable Power of Attorney (POA) for financial matters is a very helpful tool. A Durable Power of Attorney and an Advanced Health Care Directive may also apply to health care issues. Both ensure that you have assistance in case you are unable to convey your wishes or you become incapacitated and are unable to make decisions about your finances or your health care. A Living Will also provides direction as to your wishes but only applies in limited circumstances. A Will or Trust allows you to control how your assets are distributed upon your death.
If you are ready to help ensure that your wishes are followed in cases of your incapacitation or death, and you want to reduce possible future attorney’s fees for your family and estate, contact probate Attorney Jacqueline M. Eaton.
